These sessions are conducted to address the interpersonal issues, conflicts and difficult emotions people experience in the family dynamics and context. The sessions could include individual session with respective family members and/or family sessions with some or all members depending on the requirement.
Cancellation and Refund Policy **
If a session is booked and the client does not show up for up to 20 minutes of the session time, without informing, the session will be counted as ‘no show/ missed’ and the session will be chargeable.

Kindly note that the 'no show/missed' session for three consecutive sessions will be considered a 'drop out' and therapy will be auto-terminated. To avail of the service, you will have to register again.

If you need to cancel a session, kindly inform at least 24 hours in advance. The session can be rescheduled to another date and time of mutual convenience. In case, you cancel the session abruptly without any prior notice it could be chargeable.

If for some unavoidable reason the session is cancelled or rescheduled by the therapist, no charges will be applicable for the specific session.

In this pandemic situation, we are encouraging cashless advance payment by UPI/GooglePay/ bank transfer before the session, especially for the first sessions.
